The Opportunity
Finatal is working with a c.£1bn, private equity-backed professional services. They are looking for a GFC to support the CFO after being recently carved-out, in setting up processes, building out the function and consolidating 100+ entities.
The Responsibilities
- Ownership of Group consolidation and external reporting.
- Work with Leadership team to analyse product/service/operating margins and develop strategies to improve.
- Work with People Team and Leadership to analyse reward and retention schemes and develop strategies to improve returns
- Work with Group Finance on continued operational efficiency
- Lead further system improvements from finance perspective
The Requirements
- Qualified Accountant with at least 5+ years’ experience
- Gravitas to be heard in senior management team and ability to present the business to internal and external stakeholders
- Desire to roll sleeves up and “get involved”. But must be able to balance this with helicopter view
- Private equity experience desirable
