Finatal are currently working with an international services business who are looking for their next CFO after recently completing a PE transaction.
The business is currently circa £100m revenue, £20m EBITDA and is looking to scale organically over the next three years toward exit.
The business is headquartered in the UK but has operations globally delivering both products and services to predominantly blue-chip clients.
The incoming CFO will need to have worked in PE / leveraged environment beforehand, operated in a professional services / people led environment and achieved at least one successful sale to either private equity or trade.
The role will partner with a best in class CEO with plural PE exits and be seen as a true value creation, commercial lever working in tandem with the wider senior leadership team and private equity partner.
