Finatal has partnered with a dynamic mid-market private equity-backed Production Services business in search of a seasoned CFO. This role is key to delivering further international expansion and diversifying their capabilities, both organically and through M&A.
Requirements:
• Experienced PE CFO who has gone through a €100m+ exit
• Demonstrated success in fostering financial excellence and driving sustainable growth.
• Qualified with ACA, ACCA, or CIMA credentials, or equivalent qualifications.
• Track record as CFO, managing acquisitions and overseeing private equity backed business to exit.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute financial strategies that fuel growth and profitability, seamlessly aligning with the private equity partnership.
• Foster close collaboration with private equity stakeholders to advance strategic financial initiatives.
• Apply deep industry expertise to tailor financial strategies for the manufacturing sector, ensuring optimal results.
• Play a central role in enhancing fiscal performance, resource allocation, and operational efficiency.
