A fast-growing, private equity–backed international software group is seeking a technically strong Group Consolidation Manager to join its central finance function.
Operating across multiple jurisdictions, the group has grown significantly through acquisition and continues to execute an active buy-and-build strategy. With a complex legal structure and multi-entity footprint, this role is critical in ensuring robust group reporting, technical accuracy and scalable consolidation processes as the business prepares for its next phase of value creation.
The Role
Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, you will take ownership of the monthly consolidation process and support the delivery of high-quality, investor-grade reporting in a fast-paced, leveraged environment.
This is a hands-on role requiring strong technical expertise, attention to detail and the ability to operate effectively across international teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Ownership of the monthly group consolidation across multiple international entities
- Preparation of consolidated management accounts and supporting analysis
- Delivery of statutory group accounts under IFRS
- Management of intercompany reconciliations and eliminations
- Oversight of acquisition accounting (IFRS 3), including goodwill and fair value adjustments
- Support for annual audit process, acting as a key contact for external auditors
- Continuous improvement of consolidation systems and reporting processes
- Supporting integration of newly acquired entities into the group reporting framework
- Ensuring strong controls across group reporting and balance sheet integrity
