The business is looking to recruit a Group Finance Manager to join its lean and dynamic finance team.
The role will have fantastic exposure to experienced Senior Finance stakeholders and seasoned private equity professionals; it offers unparalleled mentorship.
We seek a Group Finance Manager to play a pivotal role in the growth journey. The ideal candidate with a qualified accountant with a robust technical background, experience in a multinational business working with different currencies and consolidations, adaptable through a period of transformation and expansion and good commercial acumen.
It would be very beneficial if the candidate was able to speak conversational French.
The Role:
- Craft and present accurate and up-to-date financial statements
- Support transformation, automation and process improvement projects
- Collaborate with commercial finance teams to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
- Support the budgeting and forecasting
- Contribute to financial accounting for future acquisitions.
- Stay abreast of accounting standard changes and guide the wider non-finance team.
- Identify and implement process improvement initiatives whilst working on ad-hoc projects.

- Qualified
- Advanced Excel Skills
- Hands-on experience across numerous elements of the finance function
- Taking a data-driven approach to everything
- Confident communication and presentation skills.
