A high-growth, Private Equity-backed Business Consulting and Services organisation is seeking a commercially astute and driven Group FP&A Analyst to join its expanding finance function. With a turnover of £800m and EBITDA exceeding £190m, the business continues to scale rapidly through an ambitious buy-and-build strategy, offering a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Reporting into both an established Group FP&A Manager and Group FP&A Director, this role sits at the heart of the Group Finance team and will play a key part in delivering high-quality financial planning, analysis, and insight to support strategic decision-making across the organisation.

The business is on a clear growth trajectory and aims to exit in the next 1-2 years, offering great exposure to a significant market leader backed by prominent Private Equity. The business is also known for it’s supportive yet independent culture, offering a unique career path with multiple notable internal promotions over the last months and years.

The Role:

  • Support the delivery of the Group’s budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
  • Provide insightful financial analysis to senior stakeholders, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly board packs and performance reporting
  • Partner with operational and commercial teams to drive performance and improve financial visibility
  • Contribute to the integration and performance tracking of newly acquired businesses
  • Support continuous improvement of FP&A processes, systems, and reporting capabilities

The Requirements:

  • Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
  • Proven experience within an FP&A or commercial finance role, ideally in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insight
  • Demonstrable experience operating in a high-growth or acquisitive business is highly desirable
  • Resilient, adaptable, and capable of thriving under pressure within a Private Equity-backed environment
  • Highly motivated with the drive and determination to succeed in a demanding and evolving business
