A high-growth, Private Equity-backed international business services organisation is seeking a Group FP&A Analyst to join its dynamic finance team. With a turnover of £500m and £90m+ EBITDA, the business operates at an exceptional pace, continuously professionalising and expanding through an ambitious M&A strategy. The Role
Reporting into the Private Equity Director of FP&A (with a dotted line to the Group CFO), this role is pivotal in driving financial planning, forecasting, analysis, and data automation across multiple regions and divisions. The successful candidate will work closely with senior Finance Directors, MDs, and unit leads, delivering strategic insights and enhancing financial decision-making
Key Responsibilities
- Lead key FP&A processes, ensuring robust financial planning and forecasting.
- Build financial models from scratch, including full three-statement models for analysis and scenario planning.
- Automate and enhance financial processes, leveraging FP&A/planning systems and technology.
- Develop dashboards and reporting tools to provide real-time financial insights.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to drive commercial decision-making.
- Support M&A activities with financial analysis, modelling, and integration support.
The Requirements
- Qualified finance professional (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Experience in a Private Equity-backed, B2B business with exposure to high-growth environments.
- Strong financial modelling skills (three-statement, scenario planning).
- Exposure to FP&A/planning systems (or broader finance systems experience).
- Resilient, able to operate at pace and think independently in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
