We’re looking for a commercially minded Group Head of FP&A to play a key leadership role in driving financial performance, strategic planning, and decision-making across an international, multi-entity business.
The Role
You’ll act as a trusted partner to the CFO and senior leadership team, providing insight, challenge, and direction on financial performance. This is a highly visible role with responsibility for leading planning, forecasting, and reporting across multiple business units and geographies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead group-wide budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes
- Develop and maintain financial models (including equity and debt) for scenario planning
- Deliver high-quality reporting, including monthly board packs and performance analysis
- Partner with finance, data, and analytics teams to turn data into actionable insight
- Standardise and improve FP&A processes, tools, and reporting across the group
- Drive improvements in forecasting accuracy, reporting quality, and KPI frameworks
- Provide commercial insight on pricing, margins, and revenue performance
- Lead and develop FP&A capability within the business
About You
- Qualified accountant with strong technical and commercial acumen
- Proven FP&A experience in a recurring revenue environment (e.g. SaaS, services)
- Advanced financial modelling and Excel skills
- Confident working with senior stakeholders, including executive leadership
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to challenge and influence
- Proactive, ambitious, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
