Role Overview
Finatal is working with a PE-backed technology business (recurring revenue), seeking an ambitious Head of FP&A. As a key strategic finance leader, you will drive financial planning, forecasting, pricing reform, and go-to-market strategy, ensuring the business is well-positioned for continued expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, enhancing accuracy and insight.
- Improve the level of detail and granularity in financial reporting to support data-driven decision-making.
- Lead pricing strategy reform, ensuring pricing models align with business objectives and market positioning.
- Partner with senior leadership to develop and refine the company’s go-to-market strategy.
- Drive commercial analysis to optimise revenue growth and profitability.
- Work closely with Private Equity investors, delivering clear financial insights and performance updates.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in an FP&A leadership role within a recurring revenue business (SaaS, subscription, or similar models).
- Private equity experience is essential – ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth PE-backed environment.
- Strong commercial acumen, with experience in pricing strategy, go-to-market planning, and financial modelling.
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear, actionable format.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, able to influence at C-suite and investor level.
