The Opportunity:

Finatal is partnering with a leading international business services organisation with a robust turnover of £300m and an impressive £50m EBITDA. Backed by a prominent private equity firm, the company is highly acquisitive and positioned for significant growth, with a clear exit path in the near future. This role is critical in fostering relationships with the senior leadership team, private equity investors, and the wider group.

The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Group Reporting Manager to join our finance team in London. Reporting directly to the established Private Equity Group Financial Controller and Group CFO, you will play a pivotal role in managing the company’s financial reporting and statutory accounting. You will also lead a team of 2 finance professionals, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all financial matters.

· Oversee the preparation of consolidated financial statements and management reports.

· Ensure compliance with statutory accounting standards and audit requirements.

· Manage the annual audit process, liaising with external auditors.

· Provide accurate and timely financial reporting to senior leadership and private equity investors.

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

· Lead and mentor a team of 2 finance professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.

· Support the Group Financial Controller and Group CFO in various financial projects and initiatives.

· Contribute to the financial strategy and decision-making process of the business.

The Requirements:

· Professional finance qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).

· Strong technical financial background with expertise in reporting, statutory accounting, and audit.

· Proven experience in a similar role within a high-growth, acquisitive business.

· Demonstrable line management experience.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

· Available to start within 1-2 months.
