Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all core finance operations, including accounting, treasury, budgeting, forecasting, and audit.
  • Implement and enhance financial systems to drive automation and operational efficiency.
  • Deliver high-quality monthly reporting, KPIs, and performance insights for the Executive Team and Board.
  • Ensure robust financial controls, compliance, and governance across the Group.
  • Build, lead, and scale a high-performing finance team to support rapid growth and acquisition integration.
  • Manage tax planning, compliance, and relationships with external advisors (audit, tax, banking).
  • Provide strategic financial insight to support corporate strategy, investment decisions, and M&A activity.

Key Requirements

  • Hands-on experience across both balance sheet and commercial accounting.
  • Proven track record of building world-class financial structures, controls, and reporting frameworks.
  • Expertise in funding, working capital management, M&A processes, and tax planning.
  • Strong understanding of financial controls, cap tables, and investor.
  • Experience implementing and automating financial systems.
  • Fully qualified – ACA / ACCA / CIMA.
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership skills, with a commercial and growth-oriented mindset.
