The Opportunity
Finatal is partnering with a highly profitable SaaS business, heavily backed by private equity, which has achieved significant growth since inception. The business is scaling across the UK, US and France and requires a Head of FP&A be a No.2 to CFO and support on FP&A initiatives, as well as business partnering cross functionally.
The Responsibilities
The hire will be responsible for forecasting, budgeting, business partnering, and support on M&A.
• Working with internal stakeholders to provide financial insight and analysis
• Support stakeholders to make data driven decisions
• Monitor key performance indicators across all areas – highlighting trends and identifying causes of unexpected variances
• Manage the FP&A team to achieve delivery of all FP&A goals
• Prepare monthly internal reporting and quarterly reporting for the Board
The Requirements
• ACA or Equivalent.
• Experience in a senior FP&A position.
• Experience in a SaaS/Software business
• Have exceptional interpersonal skills and be able to work in partnership with stakeholders at all levels.
• People management experience.
