Finatal is partnering with a rapidly expanding ecommerce company with an impressive £200m+ turnover and a robust 20% EBITDA. Operating across the UK, EU, US, and other global markets, the business is on a clear exit path, backed by a prominent private equity firm. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a high-growth company poised for significant success.

The Role:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of FP&A to join our finance leadership team. Reporting directly to the Group CFO, you will be instrumental in driving key commercial decisions and supporting the company’s strategic initiatives. You will lead a team of 3 in FP&A, ensuring the delivery of accurate financial analysis and insights that drive business performance. This role is designed for progression, with the successful candidate stepping into the Finance Director position within 18 months.

· Lead and manage the FP&A function, providing strategic financial planning, analysis, and insights.

· Support the Group CFO in driving the company’s financial strategy and performance.

· Develop and implement robust financial models to support business planning and decision-making.

· Deliver accurate and timely financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and performance analyses.

· Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategic initiatives.

· Provide commercial insights and recommendations to drive revenue growth and profitability.

· Mentor and develop the FP&A team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

· Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

· Step into the Finance Director role within 18 months, taking on greater responsibility and leadership.

The Requirements:

· Professional finance qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).

· Proven experience in a senior FP&A role within a private equity-backed or high-growth international business.

· Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.

· Demonstrable line management experience.

· Commercial acumen with the ability to influence and drive strategic decisions.

· Exceptional leadership and team management skills.

· Demonstrable experience or exposure to controllership.

· A can-do, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude to drive change and achieve results.

· Based in London or West Sussex with the flexibility to work from both locations.
