Reporting directly into the established Private Equity Finance Director, the Head of FP&A & Reporting will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial narrative of the business. This is a highly visible position, partnering closely with key senior leadership, non-finance stakeholders, and the Group function in London. The successful candidate will lead and develop a high-performing FP&A team of four, while working hand-in-hand with the Madrid-based controllership function.

The business seeks an individual with a strong track record of navigating complex, high-growth environments and delivering actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the FP&A and reporting function, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
  • Deliver incisive financial analysis and insight to drive commercial performance
  • Partner with senior management and non-finance stakeholders to support strategic initiatives
