Position Overview: 

A leading global private equity firm is seeking a Head of MENA Distribution to lead sales and distribution efforts across the Middle East and North Africa. With a strong reputation and an extensive track record in investing, the firm offers a unique opportunity to connect private wealth and institutional clients in the MENA region with world-class private market solutions. Supported by a global presence and deep investment expertise, this role is pivotal to the firm’s growth in the region. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and execute a MENA-focused distribution strategy targeting private banks, family offices, sovereign wealth funds, and institutional investors. 
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders across the private wealth and institutional channels in the MENA region. 
  • Drive fundraising initiatives across the firm’s private equity secondaries strategies and bespoke offerings. 
  • Deliver tailored client-facing materials, presentations, and market updates to educate and engage investors. 
  • Serve as the firm’s primary representative in the MENA region, participating in key industry events and providing thought leadership. 
  • Collaborate with internal investment and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services. 
  • Stay informed about market trends, regulatory developments, and competitive  

Requirements: 

  • 7+ years of experience in private equity, secondaries, or wealth management, with a strong focus on distribution or capital raising in the MENA region. 
  • Proven ability to engage and raise capital from sovereign wealth funds, family offices, private banks, and institutional clients. 
  • Deep understanding of private equity secondaries and alternative investment strategies. 
  • Fluency in English required; proficiency in Arabic or French is highly desirable. 
  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills with an ability to engage senior stakeholders.
