Responsible for sales performance management, market-aligned pricing, and developing the Sales Controlling team.

Responsibilities

  • Determine market-aligned prices, run margin simulations and scenario analyses.
  • Develop pricing and contribution margin frameworks.
  • Build and develop a high-performing Sales Controlling team.
  • Define and manage KPIs: revenue, volume, product mix, customer profitability.
  • Act as strategic business partner to Sales, Pricing, and Management.
  • Prepare management reports and dashboards; visualize complex data clearly.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Business, Finance, Industrial Engineering or similar.
  • Several years of experience in Sales Controlling or Commercial Finance, preferably in manufacturing/industrial environment.
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills.
  • Leadership and team development experience.
  • Advanced Excel and BI tool skills; fluent English.
