The Role:
• The role of Head of Talent Acquisition will be responsible for the hands-on execution of strategies. To source, evaluate and develop C-Level Executives for portfolio companies.
• Also, responsible for implementing retention and organisational development initiatives.
• This role involves operational quality, strategic insight but also industry connections to ensure the acquisition of top-tier talent.
• Support in executive evaluation and assessment as well as providing support on retention strategies – focusing on engagement.
The requirements:
• 3– 5 years Talent Acquisition experience.
• German native and English fluent.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, HR, or related field.
• Ambitious, adaptable mind-set.
• Strong strategic sourcing and networking skills.
