Position Overview: 

A leading global private markets investment firm is seeking a Head of UK Distribution to spearhead its UK sales and distribution efforts. With over $700 billion in total capital under oversight and more than $5 billion in assets under management in its private wealth division, this is a unique opportunity to join a highly reputable and rapidly growing platform. The firm is dedicated to connecting private wealth investors with institutional-grade private markets strategies, supported by a global presence spanning 10+ countries. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Lead sales and distribution efforts across private banks, wealth managers, family offices, and global financial institutions in the UK. 
  • Develop and execute a UK-focused distribution strategy to drive capital raising across private equity, credit, and other alternative investments. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth client channels. 
  • Oversee the creation of client-facing materials, presentations, and bespoke reporting. 
  • Collaborate with global teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients. 
  • Stay ahead of market trends to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities. 

Requirements: 

  • 7+ years of experience in private markets or wealth management, with a strong focus on distribution or capital raising. 
  • Proven track record of success in engaging UK-based private wealth channels, including private banks, family offices, and wealth managers. 
  • Strong understanding of private equity and alternative investment strategies. 
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. 
  • Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
