Position Overview:
A leading global private markets investment firm is seeking a Head of UK Distribution to spearhead its UK sales and distribution efforts. Responsibilities:
- Lead sales and distribution efforts across private banks, wealth managers, family offices, and global financial institutions in the UK.
- Develop and execute a UK-focused distribution strategy to drive capital raising across private equity, credit, and other alternative investments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth client channels.
- Oversee the creation of client-facing materials, presentations, and bespoke reporting.
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.
- Stay ahead of market trends to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in private markets or wealth management, with a strong focus on distribution or capital raising.
- Proven track record of success in engaging UK-based private wealth channels, including private banks, family offices, and wealth managers.
- Strong understanding of private equity and alternative investment strategies.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
