The Opportunity 

Finatal is parented with a private equity-backed business who do B2B services for the automotive industry. 

This role will work directly with the Director of Enterprise Applications to provide thought leadership and design insight for our HR system, specifically SuccessFactors Employee Central and Recruitment & Onboarding. Your focus will be on integrating SuccessFactors modules, managing BAU activities, and supporting ongoing development aligned with business requirements. Additionally, you’ll contribute to internal capability building. 

Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Provide thought leadership on SuccessFactors Employee Central and Recruitment & Onboarding modules. 
  • Act as a strategic advisor to the Director of People Services Hub and associated teams, offering insight into the art of the possible within Employee Central & Recruitment & Onboarding. 
  • Collaborate with the HR leadership team to ensure alignment on deliverables and priorities. 
  • Facilitate decisions within the unit related to Employee Central & Recruitment & Onboarding content and developmental priorities. 
  • Develop a clear roadmap from inception to delivery for the HR system. 
  • Plan and execute the short, medium, and long-term product roadmap for SuccessFactors products. 
  • Lead and manage a team responsible for HR systems. 
  • Serve as the initial point of escalation for Tier 2 level issues related to SuccessFactors products. 
  • Drive continuous improvement within Employee Central & Recruitment & Onboarding. 
  • Develop internal capacity and capability to manage and improve Employee Central as a source of accurate and relevant workforce data. 
  • Manage a team of three direct reports, overseeing their performance, development, and alignment with organisational goals. 
  • Foster a strong relationship with Yash Technologies, our third-party support vendor for SuccessFactors. 
  • Engage with the HR leadership team to understand their needs and translate them into system enhancements. 
  • Own and maintain the technology roadmap for SuccessFactors, ensuring alignment with business objectives. 
  • Act as a senior consultant, providing recommendations for system improvements and optimising HR processes. 

Skills and Experience 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • Certification in SAP SuccessFactors (e.g., SuccessFactors Professional Certification). 
  • Extensive SAP SuccessFactors product experience (strategic and delivery). 
  • Proven experience in defining HR lifecycle process system support from implementation to adoption/enhancement and continuous improvement. 
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR systems management, with a focus on SuccessFactors. 
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes and their integration with technology solutions. 
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team. 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 
  • Knowledge of best practices in HR technology and system administration. 
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies.
