Finatal is partnered with a high-growth platform in their search for an Integration Associate. The platform operates via a technology-led roll-up strategy. Through integration into a centralised, AI-enabled operating system, this business is driving significant gains in efficiency, customer experience, and scalability.
This is a high-exposure, execution-focused role within the post-acquisition integration team. Working closely with senior leadership, you will support the end-to-end integration of newly acquired businesses, gaining hands-on experience across operations, systems, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
- Support delivery of post-acquisition integrations across multiple concurrent projects
- Assist with onboarding, data migration, and transition onto a centralised platform
- Track integration milestones, timelines, risks, and key deliverables
- Support operational consolidation (systems, accounting, office transitions, process alignment)
- Coordinate across internal functions and acquired teams to ensure seamless execution
- Provide on-site support across the UK during key integration phases
Candidate Profile
- 1–3 years’ experience in operations, consulting, project coordination, or integrations.
- Exposure to M&A integration or process transformation is advantageous
- Multi-site operations exposure advantageous
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and execution-driven with strong analytical ability
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Willingness to travel regularly across the UK and work hands-on on-site
