Finatal is partnering with a PE-backed professional services business that is going through a period of unprecedented growth. As the firm continues to make strategic acquisitions, there is a need for an Integration Manager to ensure that new entities are effectively incorporated into the existing operating model.

About the Role: You will work closely with cross-functional teams – including finance, operations, HR, IT, and client-facing units—to develop and execute comprehensive integration strategies. Candidates who have previously managed in-house integration initiatives in a PE-backed environment, or who have worked within a dedicated integrations and separations team at a consulting or advisory firm, will be well-suited to this position.

Key Responsibilities:

•Develop and implement integration plans, ensuring acquired entities align with the firm’s operational processes, technology systems, and cultural values.

•Coordinate with functional leaders to harmonize financial controls, talent management practices, and client engagement strategies under a unified operating model.

• Establish and monitor KPIs to measure integration effectiveness, identifying areas for refinement and continuous improvement.

•Maintain clear communication channels and facilitate knowledge transfer between established teams and newly integrated units.

•Support change management initiatives that help employees across the business understand and adopt integration activities.

Requirements:

•Experience leading in-house integration projects for a private equity-backed business or significant involvement in M&A integrations and separations from a consulting/advisory perspective.

•Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple, complex workstreams in a growth-oriented professional services environment.

• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build rapport and navigate organizational structures.

• A practical, solution-focused approach coupled with a strategic understanding of integration objectives.

• Proven ability to deliver results under time constraints and to influence without direct authority.

This role provides the opportunity to contribute to a growing organization by shaping the integration function and ensuring that acquisitions deliver their intended value. If you have the relevant experience and are interested in this opportunity, please get in touch.
