Finatal is working with a mid-cap PE fund that are looking for an Interim Carve Out CFO/FD to assist them with new portfolio company that is making an acquisition via carve-out from another company, c20m t/o. You will be responsible for leading the separation, execution of TSA’s and stand up of the new entity. Ideally, you’ll have a track record in restructuring/distressed turnarounds, carve-out as well as PMI. Whilst you will have a small team, we are looking for someone who is hands on and operational and able to drive the programme quickly.
