Finatal is working with a large cap private equity fund that own a £200m t/o hospitality business that are looking for an Interim CFO to lead a turnaround. The role involves working closely with an experienced CEO who has a long track record in the hospitality sector as well as extensive turnaround experience. In your initial weeks you’ll do a deep dive into their current processes and then work on business partnering different divisions of the business. You’ll be UK based with some nationwide travel, you’ll implement a new pricing strategy, sell off underperforming assets and introduce additional financial rigor as the firm sets out on their turnaround. The ideal candidate will have a track record in private equity backed businesses, turnarounds, hospitality sector, experience in multisite businesses, ACA qualified.
