Finatal is partnered with a mid market fund on the search for an Interim CFO for a services business looking to go through an exit. The business has gone through a period of high growth both organically and through acquisitions since investment.
The role will entail the continuance of the current buy and build strategy, from origination to integration. Some professionalisation of the existing team, working capital optimisation and managing KPIs. The role will then switch to an exit focus to take the business through a successful transaction.
- The ideal candidate must have previously gone through an exit (to PE or to trade).
- Previous M&A work, ideally in a buy and build.
- Sector experience from either IT services, managed services, professional services or consultancies.
