Finatal is working with a leading mid cap PE fund that have a €100m t/o B2B services asset in Germany. They are looking to undergo finance transformation and integrate the business into the wider international group and improve its finance operations. We are looking for a CFO to lead a finance transformation across the finance function in terms of systems, processes, controls and structures as well as subsequent PMI. One of your first tasks will be to run diagnostics of current operations to then design and implement a new KPI structure across the DACH region. You’ll be open to working in various locations across Germany with occasional travel within the DACH region.
Ideally you’ll have a track record in:
- B2B businesses with several contracts / contract revenue
- Performed post PE deal integrations
- Leading finance transformation programmes
- Implementing new KPIs
