Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the restructuring and professionalisation of a large finance team.
- Assess and implement optimal financial systems and processes.
- Provide financial and strategic oversight to support growth objectives both organic and inorganic.
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous CFO experience in a UK FCA-regulated business over £50mill EBITDA.
- Proven expertise in finance transformation and restructuring.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Previous experience with PE backed businesses is a plus.
