Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Shape financial strategy in a PE-driven environment, ensuring alignment with growth targets and exit plans.
- PE-Focused Finance: Drive financial reporting to Private Equity standards, enhancing transparency and maximizing value creation.
- Post-Merger Integration: Lead the integration of acquisitions, unlocking synergies and driving long-term growth potential.
- ERP Transformation: Oversee ERP system upgrades to improve financial processes and reporting accuracy.
- Exit Preparation: Manage the Vendor Due Diligence process, positioning the company for a successful exit.
Key Requirements:
- PE Experience: Proven success in PE-backed companies, particularly around exits.
- Strong leadership with a hands-on approach to finance transformation and post-merger integration.
