Role Overview
Finatal is looking for an experienced interim CFO who has experience in high-growth SaaS recurring revenue models to work within a scaling European portfolio, backed by a mid-market fund with aggressive expansion plans. You’ll work closely with the highly knowledgeable board and skilled CEO who has a track record of successful international M&A as well as successful start-up history.
The first task you’ll be responsible for will be transforming and integrating from On-premise to SaaS architecture. You’ll be based in the Germany with some nationwide travel required and as they look to continue their growing multinational presence, you’ll implement an optimised pricing strategy for the growing customer base of both retail and institutional clients. You’ll also be responsible for introducing financial rigour across the whole finance function as they transition with their new SaaS revenue model into an established global entity with several revenue streams. One of the main points of focus will be to generate detailed cashflow forecasts in line with trend analysis industry mapping.
Ideally you’ll have a track record in:
- CFO roles in PE-backed SaaS companies
- Commercial pricing strategy
- Working in a leveraged environment alongside investors
- Adaptive cashflow forecasts
