We are seeking a highly experienced and qualified Interim CFO to support a dynamic technology business in the North East of England. This business has recently secured its first private equity (PE) investment, and we are looking for an interim professional to guide and lead the financial operations during this exciting phase of growth and transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Reporting & KPIs: Establish and implement robust reporting frameworks and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to support business decision-making.
- 100-Day Plan Execution: Take ownership of executing the business’s 100-day plan to ensure smooth financial integration post-PE investment.
- Financial Strategy & Leadership: Provide strategic direction on financial matters, working closely with senior leadership to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with internal teams, external advisors, and investors, ensuring clear communication around financial matters and business progress.
Essential Qualifications & Experience
- Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent).
- Proven experience in a CFO or senior financial leadership role within the technology sector.
- Experience leading PE-backed businesses and financial integration strategies.
- Strong expertise in setting up financial reporting systems and developing KPIs.
