Finatal is working with the mgmt. team and operating partners from an upper mid-market international PE regarding a new asset in the portfolio. They are looking for an Interim Chief Transformation Officer work with external strategy consultants and take a plan that they have made, tweak, add more detail to it with a view to driving the actual execution across the business. It is an international IT services/tech-enabled asset which has scaled to c£300m t/o and is looking to continue international expansion into new territories. Ideally you’ll have a track record in PMI, operational transformation, TOM re-design with a view to take out cost as well as taking MBB plans and executing them in a PE-backed dynamic environment. You’ll be based in London with considerable European travel.
Ideally you’ll have a track record in
- Driving international transformation programmes
- PMI
- TOM planning and execution
- Working in PE-backed portcos
- Ex MBB consultant (this is strongly preferred)
- Prior experience as CTrO
