Finatal is currently recruiting a Commercial Finance Business Partner for a Private Equity-backed, multisite healthcare company experiencing rapid growth. Boasting over 50 sites, the company has ambitious plans to increase revenue by 30% and double EBITDA in the next financial year. As an integral member of the finance team, the successful candidate will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders, including the CFO. Key responsibilities will encompass business partnering with various departments, providing crucial support for their budgets, and conducting in-depth data analysis to inform strategic decision-making.

You must have multisite experience to be successful for this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement robust financial models to support strategic decision-making and forecasting.
  • Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to monitor business performance across different functions and identify areas for improvement.
  • Business partnering with various teams to streamline budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Provide insightful analysis and recommendations to senior management to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Optimise existing processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.

Requirements:

  • Accounting qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
  • Proven experience in financial modelling
  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
