Finatal is working with a US-based private equity house that needs an Interim COO/Integration Director to support with a services business that has been carved-out and is expanding across Europe and internationally via M&A. You’ll work closely with management and deal tea, with a strong emphasis on running a transformation around organisation structure and integration projects with as little impact on BAU functions as possible. You’ll have a track record in services businesses, having successfully run PMI as well as broader transformation programmes for complex roll-ups. You’ll be based in Germany with some European travel required.
Ideally, you’ll have a track record in:
- Operational integration processes
- Restructuring target operating models
- German-speaking
- M&A buy and build strategy
- Working with investor-backed businesses
