Overview: Finatal is seeking an experienced and dynamic Interim CTO with a proven track record in the SaaS and life sciences sectors. The ideal candidate will have extensive private equity experience and will be ready to hit the ground running in a high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Execution:
Lead and manage the Technology and Product teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of key initiatives.
Drive the execution of the company’s strategic technology and product roadmap.
Cost Management:
Take immediate control of R&D expenditures, optimizing costs while maintaining high standards of innovation and quality.
Agile Transformation:
Implement and embed agile methodologies across the organization to improve efficiency, responsiveness, and adaptability.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience as a CTO or senior technology leader in SaaS and life sciences industries.
- Strong background in private equity-backed businesses.
- Proven ability to manage and lead high-performing technical and product teams.
- Expertise in cost control and optimization within R&D settings.
- Demonstrated success in implementing agile methodologies.
- Availability to start immediately, no later than mid-September.
