Role Overview:

We are looking for a Data Consultant with a strong background in Power BI and SQL. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring a startup mindset to problem-solving. You will be instrumental in helping clients make data-driven decisions by designing, developing, and delivering insightful analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, design, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from various sources.
• Work closely with the SaaS partner to integrate their data capabilities into client projects.
• Provide actionable insights to drive decision-making, particularly in E-Commerce and Retail sectors.
• Support data strategy initiatives and recommend best practices for data governance and analytics.
• Work efficiently within a hybrid working model, combining remote work with in-person collaboration in London.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Technical Skills:
• Proficient in Power BI: able to build complex dashboards with advanced visualizations.
• Strong knowledge of SQL: capable of managing large datasets and optimizing queries.
• Industry Experience:
• Experience in E-Commerce or Retail sectors.
• Preferably has worked in a PE/VC-backed company.
• Professional Background:
• Previous experience in a startup or high-growth environment is highly desirable.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive problem-solver with a consultative approach.
