Finatal is currently partnered with a growth Private Equity fund seeking a part time Interim FD to support their fast-growing SaaS portfolio business as well as their various entities Pan-Europe. The business boasts revenues of c. €80M ARR alongside strong profits with the vision to bolster geographical presence across the European market.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee Controllers, FP&A processes, and bank reporting to support regional and global financial consolidation.
- Collaborate with regional teams to assist Polish operations and support Romanian bolt-on acquisitions.
- Integrate UK financial results effectively with the broader organization’s reporting framework.
- Address ERP and data integration challenges, including:
- Unifying disparate systems across Poland, Romania, and the UK.
- Implementing solutions to manage and consolidate data effectively.
- Lead book cleansing and PMI projects to enhance operational efficiency.
- Support key focus areas such as:
- Bank compliance reporting
- Tax regulations and compliance
- International statutory reporting
- PMI and data integration
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in financial oversight and system integration within the SaaS industry.
- Ability to commit to 2–3 days per week with availability for in-office work.
- Track record of successfully managing financial compliance and reporting across multiple jurisdictions.
