Finatal is currently partnered with an exceptionally fast growing, Private Equity backed software solutions company executing an international buy and build strategy. We’re seeking a highly analytical FD/VP Finance who has VDD and exit experience with an understanding of Power BI and other consolidation tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Private Equity & Exit Experience:
Proven experience working within private equity environments is essential. Demonstrated track record of involvement in exit processes. A deep understanding of private equity dynamics, investor reporting, and capital structure optimization is critical.
- Sector Expertise in Software/SaaS/Technology:
Strong familiarity with the Software, SaaS, and Technology sectors from a financial perspective. The ideal candidate will have a history of working with companies in these domains, enabling them to grasp sector-specific drivers, trends, and challenges. Experience in scaling technology businesses and implementing financial processes to support growth is highly desirable.
- Financial Analysis & Systems:
Exceptional analytical capabilities, including expertise in financial reporting, data consolidation, and analysis using tools such as Power BI and other advanced consolidation platforms. A solid understanding of Vendor Due Diligence, Management Information, Data Room preparation, and P&L analysis is required. The candidate should demonstrate the ability to synthesise financial data into actionable insights to support decision-making at the highest levels.
