The opportunity:
Finatal is currently working with a high-growth financial services company looking for a hands-on and driven individual to aid their 500% growth year-on-year. Due to immediate expansion the company is looking to place a technically and commercially strong candidate to improve and develop the day-to-day finance function. This role will prove a fantastic opportunity for driven and ambitious candidates.
The Role:
- Working closely with the CEO/CFO of a high-growth business
- Hands on candidate to develop the day-to-day finance function
- Develop the professionalization of the commercial arm of the company.
- Supporting the month end and audit processes
- Delivering the budgeting and forecasting
- Improving the processes and controls for the business whilst automating the reporting
- Ability and willing to take on any additional ad-hoc projects subject to business growth
The Requirements:
- ACA, CIMA, ACCA qualified
- Experience within start-up and SME companies
