This role will work closely with investors, board, and executive leadership.

Requirements
- Proven Finance Director or CFO-level experience
- PE-backed or sponsor-led business background essential
- Strong strategic and operational capability
- Exit, refinancing, or fundraising experience advantageous
- Commercially astute and execution-focused
