Finatal is currently partnered with PE backed SaaS business who is seeking an interim Finance Director to help lead them through a period of change. Primarily, you will be leading the company through refinancing, professionalisation of the finance function and implementing new strategies to drive profitability. You must have experience in a Private Equity portfolio and have been through a refinancing round. You must be a fantastic communicator and able to manage multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the refinancing process with the bank.
- Manage key internal and external stakeholders
- Professionalise and streamline existing financial controls.
- Identify the different product areas and those which are most profitable in order to base your strategic decisions from.
- Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Maintain financial controls and procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- PE experience
- Demonstrated experience with refinancing a company.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide strategic insights.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving performance and achieving business objectives.
- Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
