Finatal is working with a private equity backed SaaS business based in Manchester. The company is roughly 18 months away from exit, but currently due to go into audit season.
A new CFO has joined recently and needs an established no.2 to assist them with further professionalisation of the finance function, improve controls & processes and manage a team of 3.
PE & SaaS experience are strong “nice to haves” – but a hands on Finance Director that is local to Manchester is essential.
Ideally, you’ll have a track record in:
- Working in a leveraged or debt financed environment
- Professionalisation of finance functions
- SaaS / recurring revenue experience
- ERP implementation
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified
