Job Description:
Finatal is partnered with a private equity backed professional services SME who are seeking a hands-on Finance Manager to primarily help with their upcoming budgeting season. You will need to be an independent contractor to help them with the budgeting process as well as helping with process improvement, streamlining, reconciling balance sheets, producing KPIs & reporting packs. This individual should hold basic financial principles to a high regard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage management accounts.
- Help prepare budget and forecasts.
- Conduct month-end processes.
- Handle and analyse financial data to support business decisions.
- Reconcile the balance sheet.
- Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Pull together KPIs and reporting packs.
Requirements:
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualified.
- Experience within a PE portfolio is required.
- Experience within an SME is required.
- Experience pulling together KPI reports and board packs.
- Advanced Excel Skills
- Hands-on experience across numerous elements of the finance function
