About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Interim Finance Manager to join the finance team on a contract basis. This is a pivotal role to ensure the smooth operation of the finance function during a period of growth and transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee and manage the day-to-day finance operations, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
· Lead the month-end close process, including the preparation of management accounts and variance analysis.
· Drive financial planning and forecasting processes to support strategic decision-making.
· Assist in the preparation of board packs and presentations for stakeholders.
· Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements.
· Work closely with the private equity stakeholders, providing insights and updates on financial performance.
· Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to streamline operations.
· Support the preparation of year-end accounts and liaise with auditors as needed.
About You:
· Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with demonstrable post-qualification experience.
· Strong background in SaaS or technology businesses, ideally within a private equity-backed environment.
· Proven experience in management accounting, financial planning, and reporting.
· Familiarity with subscription-based revenue models is a significant advantage.
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
