We are currently seeking an experienced Interim Financial Controller to steer their financial operations during a pivotal growth phase.
Position Overview:
Finatal is looking for a highly skilled and hands-on Interim Financial Controller who can provide immediate impact. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management within the professional services industry, a thorough understanding of international tax, and proven experience in executing 100-day planning post-acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
· Take charge of the finance function, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all financial reporting.
· Develop and implement robust financial controls and procedures.
· Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
· Manage the execution of the 100-day plan post-buyout to ensure seamless financial integration and optimization.
· Ensure compliance with international tax regulations and manage all tax-related matters.
· Provide strategic financial insights to senior management to support decision-making.
· Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and other stakeholders.
· Drive process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and effectiveness.
· Provide pivotal support in decision making of new ERP system.
Qualifications and Experience:
· Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
· Experience in PE is necessary.
· Strong understanding of international tax regulations and compliance.
· Experience in managing 100-day planning and post-acquisition integration.
· Advanced proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
