I’m working with a fast-growing telecoms business who are preparing for a major equity and debt raise, and they’re looking for an exceptional Interim Financial Modeller to join the team.
This is a hands-on role – perfect for someone who enjoys diving deep into complex models, supporting live transactions, and working closely with senior management in a fast-paced environment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Building and refining robust financial models to support equity and debt fundraising.
- Developing detailed telecoms business plan models (ARPU, subscriber growth, infrastructure capex roll-out, installations).
- Working with complex equity and debt structures, running sensitivities and scenarios.
- Leading ad-hoc financial analysis and Q&A to support due diligence.
- Creating high-quality materials for board, lenders, investors, and government bodies.
- Managing tight deadlines and multiple workstreams – flexibility and attention to detail are key!
What we’re looking for:
- Background in investment banking, transaction services, or corporate finance.
- Strong financial modelling skills with experience across complex capital structures.
- Excellent communicator – able to distil complex analysis into clear insights for senior stakeholders.
- Someone who’s proactive, analytical, and comfortable working independently under pressure.
