Role Overview:

As a Financial Modeller, you will play a critical role in shaping strategic decisions through advanced financial analysis and modeling. Reporting to the CFO, you will support growth initiatives, M&A activities, and private equity reporting requirements. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a passion for technology and a strong understanding of private equity-backed businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

· Build and maintain robust, dynamic financial models to support forecasting, scenario analysis, and strategic planning.

· Analyse business performance metrics (e.g., revenue growth, churn, CAC, LTV) and provide actionable insights.

· Support M&A activities by modelling potential acquisitions and their impact on the group’s financials.

· Collaborate with senior stakeholders to prepare high-quality presentations for private equity investors and the board.

· Assist in cash flow forecasting and working capital optimization to align with the growth strategy.

Qualifications & Experience:

· ACA, CFA, or CIMA qualification (preferred)

· Proven track record in financial modelling within a high-growth or PE-backed business, ideally in the technology or SaaS sector.

· Strong understanding of private equity dynamics and key value drivers.

· Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with BI tools or ERP systems.

· Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly.

· Highly adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
