Our client is a fast-growing, VC-backed agricultural business based in York, seeking an Interim FP&A Analyst to establish and implement a robust FP&A function. Role Overview
As the Interim FP&A Analyst, you will be responsible for setting up and embedding FP&A processes, improving financial visibility, and supporting strategic decision-making. You will work closely with senior leadership to ensure financial insights drive business performance and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement FP&A processes and frameworks from the ground up.
- Develop financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support strategic planning.
- Provide key financial insights and performance analysis to senior leadership.
- Establish reporting structures to track KPIs and operational metrics.
- Work cross-functionally to align financial planning with business objectives.
- Support cash flow forecasting and scenario planning.
- Improve data integrity and automation within the FP&A function.
Key Requirements
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Strong background in financial modelling, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Experience in setting up or enhancing FP&A functions within a growing business.
