The Opportunity
Finatal is collaborating with a rapidly expanding, private equity-backed healthcare services group focused on executing a buy-and-build strategy throughout the Benelux region. We are looking for a skilled FP&A/ Business Controller to play a critical role in their financial strategy and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Improvement and Reporting: Enhance the efficiency of the FP&A function and present comprehensive financial reports to senior management as well as private equity stakeholders. Identify key trends and drivers while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business integration efforts, ensuring seamless financial alignment and reporting.
- System and Model Implementation: Develop and implement financial models to support business planning and strategic initiatives within a Healthcare Services (Arbo) orientated company. Be involved in the selection and implementation NETSUITE ERP.
- FP&A Essentials:Â Lead and steer the budget and forecast while creating KPI reporting and improve quality and reliability of headcount forecasting.

Requirements
