Finatal is on a search for a FP&A Manager to join a highly profitable Private Equity backed media business. The opportunity has arisen due to their continued growth; therefore, they require a dynamic FP&A analyst to be a crucial part of their continued organic growth.
You would be an integral part of the slim finance function, working closely with senior stakeholders and report into the FP&A director. Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust financial models to support strategic decision-making and forecasting.
- Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to monitor business performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Provide insightful analysis and recommendations to senior management to drive business growth and profitability.
- Optimize existing FP&A processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in financial modeling and analysis, ideally within a PE-Backed business.
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Excel and financial planning software (e.g., Hyperion, Adaptive Insights).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
