Role Overview

The FP&A Director will be a key player in shaping the financial strategy of the business, providing critical insights and supporting executive decision-making. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple business units to drive financial performance and integration success.

Key Responsibilities

· Financial Analysis & Reporting: Drive insightful financial analysis to support decision-making at the executive level.

· Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop and refine robust financial models to enhance forecasting accuracy.

· M&A Support: Work closely with senior stakeholders to integrate newly acquired businesses, aligning financial reporting and operational metrics.

· Value Creation: Identify cost efficiencies, revenue opportunities, and strategic initiatives that drive EBITDA growth.

· Investor & Board Engagement: Prepare reports and analysis for investors, PE stakeholders, and senior leadership to support strategic objectives.

· Exit Readiness: Support financial due diligence and scenario planning in preparation for a potential sale or liquidity event.

Qualifications & Experience

· ACA, CFA, or CIMA qualification (preferred).

· Proven track record in FP&A within a high-growth or PE-backed business.

· Strong financial modelling skills and ability to translate complex data into strategic insights.

· Experience with M&A integration and understanding of post-acquisition financial alignment.

· Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with BI tools or ERP systems.

· Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly.

· Highly adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
