4-Month Contract
We’re thrilled to partner with a fast-growing SME in the Manufacturing sector, currently undergoing an exciting transformation following a recent Private Equity-backed buyout. To navigate this critical phase, we’re seeking an experienced Interim FP&A Manager to lead key financial initiatives, direct strategic decision-making and drive growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Deliver insightful financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and business growth
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to enhance decision-making and profitability
- Streamline financial processes and controls, ensuring alignment with Private Equity standards
- Lead cash flow management, scenario planning, and risk analysis
- Conduct in-depth commercial analysis of new business opportunities, pricing strategies, and cost reduction initiatives
- Assist in integrating new financial systems and enhancing reporting frameworks
Skills & Experience:
- Must be willing to be in the office 3 days a week
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent)
- Proven experience in FP&A or similar roles, ideally within a Private Equity-backed environment
- Experience in manufacturing or similar fast-paced industries is a plus
- Experience in an high growth SME is a plus
